Integrated Career Document Issuance Assistant

Derivation Chain
Step 1
Retirement preparation for office workers in their 50s
→
Step 2
Problem of scattered career proof documents after retirement
→
Step 3
Inquiry and issuance of career, license, and education completion proofs in one place
Problem
When retirees around age 55 attempt re-employment, freelancing, or starting a business, they need to obtain past employment certificates, copies of licenses, and education completion certificates, which requires visiting or accessing an average of 4-6 places individually: previous employers' HR departments, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and each educational institution. Each document takes 30 minutes to 1 hour to obtain, and especially for certificates from closed companies, they must be replaced with employment insurance records from the Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service, but very few people know this method. As a result, they often miss interview or bidding deadlines.
Solution
By entering a resident registration number (or simple authentication) on the web, it integrates and displays national pension enrollment history, employment insurance insured status history, license verification from the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and lifelong education completion records on one screen, and immediately generates customized document packages (for re-employment, startup, bidding) as PDFs. It automatically guides the alternative method for employment certificates from closed companies.
