Derivation Chain
Step 1
Digital transformation of livestock epidemic prevention
→
Step 2
Mandatory quarantine record keeping for livestock farms
→
Step 3
Automation tool for quarantine log writing
Problem
Approximately 50,000 livestock farms in Korea are required to keep daily quarantine logs under the Act on Prevention of Contagious Animal Diseases, but 80% of farmers are over 50, so most manually write logs and submit photos. Missing logs incur fines of 1,000,000 KRW (approx. $750), and quarantine authorities also waste manpower reviewing logs.
Solution
Automatically records quarantine activities (disinfection, temperature checks, movement restrictions) via smartphone voice input, auto-tags barn location with GPS, and after attaching photos, automatically converts and submits in the format required by the Livestock Traceability System. Differentiation: Korean dialect voice recognition, built-in livestock terminology dictionary.
