Problem

Chronic disease patients aged 55-65 take prescriptions from 2-3 different departments simultaneously without knowing the drug interaction risks. On top of that, they take health supplements (omega-3, vitamin D, red ginseng, etc.), but find it difficult to ask their doctors about dangerous combinations like blood pressure medication + grapefruit juice or anticoagulants + omega-3. Each doctor only knows their own prescriptions, and there's no service that cross-checks medications from other departments plus health supplements.

Solution

Users register their current medications (by name or product photo) and health supplements on the web. The tool checks drug-drug interactions and supplement conflicts, displaying risk levels (caution/warning/contraindicated). When a dangerous combination is found, it generates a 'questions to ask your doctor at your next visit' list.
