Derivation Chain
Step 1
Korea's #1 digital government ranking + underdeveloped public data reuse framework

Step 2
Public data reuse consulting

Step 3
Automated public data usage reporting SaaS
Problem
Although Korea achieved #1 in digital government rankings, its public data reuse framework remains a challenge. Startups (3-15 employees) that utilize public data must submit quarterly usage reports, spending 15-20 hours per quarter manually aggregating API call logs and writing reports. Reporting formats vary by government agency, leading to frequent omissions and errors.
Solution
Automatically collects public data API call logs by linking data.go.kr API keys, and auto-generates usage reports formatted to each agency's standard template. Also provides automated data quality issue detection (response error rates, latency) and agency feedback submission features.
